How do I make a booking?
1. Become a Member: Sign up and choose the membership that suits you. Memberships are completed by a third party - Your Golf Booking.
2. Book Your Session: Log in to the member portal and select an available time slot that fits your schedule.
3. Access the Facility: You’ll receive a unique access code via email before your session. This code unlocks the front door 10 minutes before your booking time.
4. Start Play: Trackman becomes available 5 minutes before your session. Walk in, warm up, and start swinging — no staff, no waiting.

What is the fair use policy?
Our Fair Use Policy is designed to keep things simple and fair for every member. As part of this policy, each member can hold one active booking at a time. Once your current session ends, you’re free to book again. It’s all about making sure the facility stays accessible to all members.
To maintain reliable access and avoid overcrowding, we strictly cap our memberships. This ensures that you can book sessions at times that suit your schedule — not someone else’s. -
Is the facility manned or staffed during sessions?
Swing 24/7 is a fully autonomous facility, meaning it’s designed to be used without the need for on-site staff during your session. From booking to unlocking the door to starting your Trackman session, everything is self-service and seamless.
That said, we do have staff and coaching professionals on-site at select times for scheduled coaching sessions, new member onboarding, technical support or facility maintenance.

What facilities are available?
Our two bay facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Trackman simulators, providing accurate ball flight data, course terrain, and weather simulations. Members can practice on a variety of courses and use advanced analytics to improve their game.

Can I book a casual booking?
Swing 24/7 is a members-only facility, so we don’t offer casual or one-off bookings. This helps us maintain an exclusive, uncrowded environment with reliable access for all members.
If you're interested in experiencing the facility, we recommend booking your free 30 minute session, or purchasing our 4-Pack Membership for a shorter term commitment.

Can i bring guests to the facility?
Members are welcome to bring up to 2 guests per session. Guests are charged $10 per person, per hour. You can add guests when booking your session.
Members are responsible for their guests and ensuring everyone follows facility rules. -
Do you serve food, drinks or alcohol?
No. As a fully unmanned facility, we do not sell or provide food, beverages, or alcohol on site. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic only).
Swing 24/7 has a strict zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs. Any use of alcohol or drugs inside the facility may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership.

Are children allowed at the facility?
Yes, but only as guests under the direct supervision of a member who is 18 or older. All members must be over 18, and children are not permitted to enter or remain in the facility without an adult member present at all times.

Do I need to bring my own clubs or balls?
Yes, you must bring your own clubs. Balls are supplied on-site, but you’re welcome to use your own as long as they’re clean and free of markings to help protect the screens. The Trackman iO works with any golf ball, so you can use what you're playing with on the course.
